Daytime and evening phone number\u00a0Presentation type \u2013 please choose from one of the following:<\/strong>
<\/strong>Poster presentation
E-poster presentation
Oral presentation
Video presentation\u00a0Author and co-authors\u2019 details:<\/strong>
Full first and family name(s)
Affiliation details: department, institution \/ hospital, city, state (if relevant), country<\/p>\n

Abstract title<\/strong>\u2013 limited to 30 words in Title Case<\/p>\n

Abstract text<\/strong>\u2013 limited to 250-300 words<\/p>\n

Tables<\/strong>\u2013 A maximum of 3 tables of up to 10 rows x 10 columns can be included per abstract<\/p>\n

Graphs and images<\/strong>\u2013 It is important to note that each image included in the abstract is worth 30 words. A maximum of 3 images can be included per abstract. You may upload graphs in JPG, GIF or PNG format.<\/p>\n

*<\/strong>Please note that abstracts must be SUBMITTED before the deadline in order to be sent to review for inclusion in the Scientific Program.<\/p>\n

Reviewing:\u00a0<\/strong>All abstracts will be forwarded for the Scientific Committee\u2019s review. If an abstract is accepted, the presenting author must register.
Authors who submit an abstract but fail to register by November 30, 2026 <\/strong>run the risk of having their abstracts withdrawn.
Letters of acceptance will be send once your abstract has been reviewed and accepted. If you have not received any notification, please contact the program manager: neurocongress@episirus.org<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n
